Combined Utilities was founded in 1998 by John Elder and joined by Mark Bird in 2018. Ultimately controlled by BDI Group Limited which operate group businesses across a number of sectors including; Stainless Steel, Financial Services, Legal Services, Later Life Planning, Water, Gas, Electricity, and Property – in the UK, Europe, and other global markets.
