Combined Utilities joined this scheme in November 2020, with our strategic partners Wave Utilities quickly establishing ourselves as the market leader outperforming other participants in terms of number of customers brought into charge and success rate of our 28,000 + submitted applications.

The project requires a large data solution involving continuous investigations on over 80,000 premises. Each week our research teams investigate over 15,000 properties to review the status of occupation.
